Setup Guide — 5 Steps

1. Create Meta Developer Account
Go to developers.facebook.com → Create App → Business type.

2. Add WhatsApp Product
Inside your App dashboard → Add Product → WhatsApp → Set Up.

3. Get your Phone Number ID
WhatsApp → API Setup → copy the Phone Number ID (not the phone number itself).

4. Get Access Token
In API Setup, generate a Permanent Token via Meta Business Suite → System Users. Paste it below.

5. Create Message Templates
Go to WhatsApp Manager → Message Templates. Create two:
• OTP template — Authentication category, one 1 variable (the code)
• Alert template — Utility category, three variables: 1 doc ID, 2 subject, 3 status

Your Gmail Address

From Address (visible sender) Must be a verified sender in your Brevo account

App Password (16 chars)

Recipient Email (receives all alerts and OTPs)

✈️ Telegram Notifications Enable

Bot Token Get from @BotFather on Telegram → /newbot

Chat ID Message your bot, then visit: api.telegram.org/bot/getUpdates — find "id" under "chat"

OTP Template (Authentication)

Copy these texts when creating templates in Meta Business Suite → WhatsApp Manager → Message Templates. The 1 2 3 are variable placeholders that get filled automatically.
